Enquiries sent from this website. When you complete the form on our contact page, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already filled in from what you typed: your name, phone number, email address if you gave one, the service you need, the project location and a short description. This website does not store or send that information itself. It reaches us only if you press send in WhatsApp.

Messages and calls you make to us directly. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

Technical data. Our website hosting provider records standard server information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.

Fonts. This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Cookies and analytics. At the date of this notice, this website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add them, we will update this notice first.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out and manage work you ask us to do, keep business and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We rely on your request to us (taking steps you ask for before entering a contract, and performing a contract), our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, legal obligations, and your consent where the law requires it.

Only with those who help us run the business and answer you: for example WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider, our website host, and professional advisers, and with public authorities where the law requires.
